1) To secure your holiday - all bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival at Gaeilge Beo require 100% payment. Outside of that period 50% is required, this % may vary depending on package costs. All payments are due immediately unless advised otherwise by Gaeilge Beo.

2) Full balance for holidays are due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

3) To change your booking - all request for amendments must be made in writing. Depending on type of holiday and notice given changes may or may not be possible. If possible an amendment fee of a minimum €10 will apply.

4) Should you cancel your holiday the following fees apply:

• 89- 42 days - Loss of deposit
• 29-42 days - 50% of booking (holiday) fees
• 15-28 days - 60% of booking (holiday) fees
• 14 days or less - 100% of booking (holiday) fees

5) Prices - all prices featured in the web site are in EURO and include vat.

6) Availablity - all holidays featured are subject to availability.
